Since publishing Without Prejudice – Part One, people have begun contacting me asking what they should do in their own court cases. But publishing a book about my experiences does not suddenly make me an expert or an oracle on legal strategy. The best advice I can offer is much simpler: write down what happened to you. Document it. Preserve the evidence. Tell your own story.

Why did I write Without Prejudice? Because people need to know what really happens when an ordinary homeowner walks into a courtroom to defend their home – without a solicitor, without legal aid, and facing opponents with vastly greater resources.
